História que se iniciou com a chegada do primogênito Guilherme Dalé, no ano de 1860, tendo deixado um legado de trabalho que teve continuidade com seu filho, Jorge Dalé, e depois com seus netos, Guilherme e José Dalé, que fundaram em 1953 a empresa Dalé Irmão e Cia Ltda. Com a divisão da empresa, a partir de 1989, sob comando do sócio Luis Fernando Dalé, a empresa focou suas atividades no ramo da construção civil, com revenda de materiais e construção de edificações comerciais e residenciais. Em 2012, com a conquista da ISO 9001 e PBQP-H nível A, dois importantes e exclusivos certificados da gestão da qualidade em nossa cidade, além da incorporação de modernos métodos construtivos e alto investimento em máquinas e inovação tecnológica, a empresa busca continuamente a melhoria de seus processos visando sempre a satisfação de seus clientes e valorização de seu quadro de colaboradores. A partir da certificação, a empresa passou a investir na profissionalização de seus colaboradores, estendendo seu organograma, atribuindo responsabilidades especificas a cada setor, proporcionando a seu quadro inicial de colaboradores crescimento profissional e a oportunidade de atuar em cargos de liderança. No inicio de 2013, após diversos estudos e investimentos em inovação e tecnologia, a empresa deu um grande passo em utilizar paredes de concreto moldadas in loco. Método totalmente inovador sendo o pioneiro da região da campanha. Em 2014 visando um melhor posicionamento frente ao mercado, uma nova visão estratégica foi traçada. A Dallé Construções inovou mais uma vez, alterando sua identidade visual passando a se chamar Dallé Construtora, utilizando apenas as letra D como logomarca e sendo conhecida regionalmente pelo seu slogam 'A marca do novo'​, dando mais requinte e glamour a nova marca.
