The National Capital Attractions Association (NCAA) is the industry body representing tourism businesses in the Canberra Region. The NCAA was established in 1990 and includes among its membership, government-funded national attractions, private attractions, tourism services, events and venues, natural attractions, and tourism retail businesses. The NCAA’s mission is to work collaboratively to promote its members with the focus on increasing tourism visitation to the Canberra region. The NCAA provides a forum for information sharing, discussing topics, and networking among industry. The NCAA is active in lobbying on behalf of the tourism industry sector with government and other bodies, as well as promoting the Canberra Region destination through events, promotion, and publications.

Canberra Youth Theatre (CYT) was established in 1972 and is a nationally recognised not for profit youth arts company which creates and promotes theatre with young people that is enriching, collaborative, empowering and inspirational. CYT is proudly supported by its members, the ACT Government through artsACT and Ainslie and Gorman Arts Centres. WHAT DO WE DO? CYT provides young people ages 7-25 with the opportunity to explore, extend and develop their creativity through theatre-based workshops and productions. Young people work with emerging and professional artists to unleash their imaginations in order to create exciting, engaging and challenging theatre.
