Canapè è un progetto moderno che si fonda sul sapere antico delle proprietà del seme di canapa e ne valorizza le caratteristiche attraverso prodotti di qualità, buoni per davvero. La canapa utilizzata nei nostri prodotti rispetta le previsioni della legge n.242 del 2 dicembre 2016, che regola la canapicoltura in Italia e i suoi usi, tra i quali è compreso lutilizzo alimentare dei semi di canapa. È da questi che si ricavano farina (macinata a pietra) e olio con cui produciamo la pasta, i biscotti e lolio Canapè. La varietà di canapa coltivata nei nostri terreni è quella ammessa alla coltivazione e presente nel registro europeo delle sementi di canapa. La nostra canapa non è psicoattiva. Il Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e dei Monti della Laga è il cuore della produzione di Canapè. Più precisamente siamo nella valle del fiume Tirino in località Capodacqua (374 mt slm), frazione di Capestrano (AQ). Qui, un tempo, veniva coltivata la canapa da fibra per ottenerne corde dalla straordinaria qualità tanto da essere state utilizzate anche dalla Marina Inglese. Numerosi reperti archeologici dei popoli Vestini, vissuti qui tra il VI e il IV secolo a.C., sono stati rinvenuti anche nei nostri campi e ne testimoniano lantica presenza.

Canaport LNG is a state-of-the-art liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving and regasification terminal in Saint John, New Brunswick – the first in Canada. Supplying natural gas to Canadian and American markets, Canaport LNG has a maximum send-out capacity of 1.2 billion cubic feet (BCF) or 28 million cubic metres of natural gas per day.

We are engaged in the development of unique health products and pharmaceuticals that utilize hemp, cannabis and algae oils. This is an extension of our plan to commercialize our proprietary BioSilo(R) algae cultivation system for the high volume, low cost production of pure contaminant-free algae biomass which is high in Omega-3 fatty acids. We have engaged two Canadian universities to provide research into the use of extracts from cannabis oil, which we plan to use to develop products that combine the significant health benefits of Omega-3s derived from algae oil and extracts from cannabis oil. Our research is focusing on the use of cannabis oil in the context of cancer, and the use of cannabis derivatives for the development of novel pharmacotherapies for mental health.
