Burman University formerly called Canadian University College is located in central Alberta just a short drive from the world-renowned ski resorts of Banff and Jasper. Burman University is a Faith based university offering over 35 major or track choices in Campus Alberta Quality Council (CAQC) approved bachelor degree programs in Arts, Music, Science and Education. Burman U is sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church and holds CAQC approval for its degree programs. The Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association (CVMA) is the industry association representing Canada’s leading manufacturers of light and heavy duty motor vehicles for more than 90 years. The CVMA’s membership includes Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited; General Motors of Canada Company; and Stellantis (FCA Canada). The CVMA creates a framework within which member companies work together to achieve shared industry objectives on a range of important issues such as trade, consumer protection, the environment and vehicle safety. The CVMA provides research, information, industry-government advocacy and other services aimed at building a better understanding of the importance of a healthy automotive industry to Canada’s economic well-being and prosperity. Collectively the CVMA members account for approximately 60% of vehicles produced in Canada, operate 5 vehicle assembly plants as well as engine and components plants, and have over 1,300 dealerships.

The Canadian War Museum is Canada’s national museum of military history and one of the world’s most respected museums for the study and understanding of armed conflict. The Museum’s collections are among the finest military holdings in the world, including rare vehicles, artillery, uniforms, medals, personal memoirs and more than 13,000 works in the Beaverbrook Collection of War Art. In total, the collection comprises more than 3 million artifacts, specimens, works of art, written documents and sound and visual recordings. The Military History Research Centre houses the George Metcalf Archival Collection and the Hartland Molson Library. These extensive collections of primary and secondary research material document Canada’s rich military history.

The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum was founded in 1972 and is a non-profit organization whose mandate is to acquire, document, preserve, and maintain a complete collection of aircraft that Canadians and the Canadian military flew from the beginning of World War II to the present. Our role is to preserve the artifacts, books, periodicals and manuals related to this mandate. The museum now houses almost fifty aircraft, an extensive aviation Gift Shop and Exhibit Gallery. The museum facility can host a small crew of 10 or a full squadron of 1,400. It is a popular site for promotional events, business meetings, retirement parties, and large corporate events. We are a full-service facility and are proud to offer exceptional menus at competitive prices. All food is prepared on-site.
