Mission The purpose of the California Precast Concrete Association is to promote the use of quality precast cementicious products, provide useful information to the membership and to address issues of importance to the precast concrete manufacturing industry. CPCA was formed in 1990 by a group of precast concrete manufacturers who felt a local organization was necessary to address matters of concern to the precast concrete industry in California. Now, well into the third decade of service to its members, the focus of CPCA remains on the advancement of quality, precast products. CPCA operates as a non-profit California corporation with standing committees under the leadership of an Executive Board. It maintains a strong voice in legislative and industry related regulatory issues. CPCA remains a member driven and member supported organization. CPCA members produce a full range of quality concrete products. Offerings include, but are not limited to, drainage structures, septic tanks, catch basins, site amenities, CEV Vaults / engineered precast products, concrete pipe and box culverts.

The California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) is a self-supporting, customer-focused business that reduces recidivism, increases prison safety, and enhances public safety by providing incarcerated individuals productive work and training opportunities. By managing over 100 manufacturing, service and agriculture enterprise, CALPIA provides incarcerated individuals valuable training and work skills that allow them to get jobs when they parole. CALPIA’s number one product is an incarcerated individual who never returns to prison. CALPIA values leadership, respect, professionalism, integrity, teamwork, safety, and accountability. MISSION California Quality Collaborative (CQC) is a healthcare improvement organization dedicated to advancing the quality and efficiency of the health care delivery system in California. The CQC will generate scalable and measurable improvement in care delivery in ways important to patients, purchasers, providers, and health plans. PROGRAMS Led by national experts in the field, CQC offers a range of healthcare improvement programs, including: Healthcare quality improvement training programs engage California physician group and hospital leadership teams to manage change across their organizations to achieve evidence-based, patient-centered care. Topic-specific collaboratives offer access to national experts and leading physician peer group leaders to facilitate the adoption of best practices in patient satisfaction, clinical care, and efficiency.

California School Health Services is an owner/operated business that provides schools and other businesses with high quality health services. The major client is public schools who need assistance with meeting the health mandates for vision and hearing screening of their students and for health evaluations of students with exceptional needs. In addition, Ca School Health Services provides on-site first aid and emergency response services to camps and other venues. She is currently serving on the board of Teachers for Healthy Kids as Treasurer. Laura Baynham has 20+ years experience in managing and administering School Based Medi-Cal reimbursement programs in Ca Schools and Medicaid Administrative Activities (MAA). She served as Co_Chair of the LEA AdHoc Workgroup, advising and advocating for schools with the Ca Department of Health Services Safety Net Financing in their development and management of the LEA Medi-Cal claiming program.

CSA is an association of professionals representing manufacturers, suppliers, consumers, and users of signage and visual communication media. It serves the industry by improving government relations, enhancing the professionalism of members, creating networking opportunities, and promoting the economic vitality, safety, and aesthetics of the communities its members serve.
