Başkent Sigorta Aracılığı Hizmetleri A.Ş. 1983 yılında Yönetim Kurulu Başkanımız Recai Rençberoğlu tarafından Ankara da sigorta aracılığı yapmak üzere sektörde yerini almıştır. Türkiyede ilk defa anonim şirket olarak kurulan aracılık hizmeti sunan Başkent Sigorta. İlk Poliçesinin düzenlenmesinden beri oluşturduğu yenilikçi, kişiye ve kurumlara özel çözümleri ile çizgisinde istikrar ile ilerleyen ve bu başarısını günümüze kadar taşıyan firmamız, bugün kendine ait Genel Müdürlük binasında ve Ankara Lojistik Üssü şubesinde faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir. Zaman içinde profesyonelleştiği Mühendislik sigortaları ve Uluslar arası nakliyat branşlarında yurt içi ve yurt dışında bir çok başarılı teminat yaratan firmamız. Bütün elementer, hayat ve sağlık branşlarında 2 kişilik kadrosu ile başlayarak bugünkü 20 kişilik profesyonel ekibini yaratmıştır. Başkent Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri sektördeki en yüksek ödenmiş sermaye tutarına sahip şirketten biridir ve öz kaynak büyüklüğü açısından kulvarında en güçlü kuruluşlardan biri olarak yer almaktadır. Tamamı ödenmiş sermayesi 1.250.000 TL'dır. Şirketimiz müşterilerinin ve müşavirliğini yapmış olduğu firmaların yurtiçi ve yurtdışında yapmış olduğu dev projelerin ihtiyacı olan her türlü sigorta poliçeleri temin edilmiş ve teminat ihtiyacının başlangıcından itibaren teminat altına alınıp inşaat bitiminde ise isteniyorsa işletme sigortaları dünya standardın da temin edilerek sunulmaktadır.

Bir vakıf üniversitesi olan Başkent Üniversitesi, ülkemizin nitelikli yüksek öğrenim kurumlarına olan ihtiyacına cevap vermek amacıyla, “Türkiye Organ Nakli Yanık ve Tedavi Vakfı” ve “Haberal Eğitim Vakfı” ile birlikte Kurucu Rektörümüz Prof. Dr. Mehmet Haberal tarafından 1993 yılında kurulmuştur. Başkent Üniversitesi bugün 12 Fakülte, 1 Devlet Konservatuarı, 8 Enstitü, 7 Meslek Yüksekokulu, 24 Araştırma Uygulama Merkezi, 1600 civarında öğretim elemanı, 18 000 öğrenci ve 40 000 mezunuyla ülkemizin önde gelen eğitim kurumlarından birisi haline gelmiştir. Kurulduğundan bu yana eğitim ve düşünce yaşamına katkı sağlayan Başkent Üniversitesi uluslararası standartlara ve rekabet koşullarına cevap veren bir eğitim anlayışıyla eğitim–öğretim hizmetlerini sürdürmektedir. Başkent Üniversitesi başta nitelikli bilim insanlarınca gerçekleştirilecek eğitim–araştırma çalışmaları olmak üzere; tüm insan kaynaklarının katkısı aracılığıyla bilimsel üretim yapma ve yaymada ulusal ve uluslararası ortamlarda ön sıralarda yer almaktır. Basketball ACT is recognised by Basketball Australia and the ACT Government as the governing body for the sport of basketball in the ACT, and conducts competitions, development, and performance programs throughout the region. Basketball ACT has approximately 10,000 registered participants each year, ranging from 5 to 70 years of age and involved in competitions, introductory and development programs. With over 700 teams, Basketball ACT is one of the largest basketball associations in Australia and has over two hundred referees and officials. Basketball ACT is a community, member based, organisation that works closely with school and community clubs in the delivery of basketball in the Canberra region.

Basketball Ballarat is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation with a voluntary Committee of Management established in 1966 to “actively promote basketball and other recreational activities and encourage participation by providing facilities, programs and services for all.”   In 1984 our elite teams department was formed to “actively identify and develop regional basketball talent to encourage enjoyable participation at an elite level in their home community within the limitations of a sound financial base.”   Our history is a great story of success for Ballarat including 10 championships between our men’s and women’s teams, the Miners and Rush, and countless tales of individual achievement. Our role has also expanded with a broad range of community service and mentoring programs.

The Basketball Champions League is an independent and separate legal entity established in March 2016. It is an innovative 50-50 joint partnership between FIBA and 10 top European leagues (Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Turkey). As the peak governing body for basketball in the state of Queensland, Basketball Queensland Ltd is committed to delivering outstanding competitions, development programs and high-level governance for more than 26,000 basketball players, coaches, officials and administrators across Queensland. Basketball Queensland has 34 affiliated member associations across the state, encompassing regional areas from North Queensland to Mount Isa and right through to the Gold Coast and the Southern Downs. Basketball Queensland administers a number of competitions year-round, including the junior State Championships and the state's senior competition, the Queensland Basketball League. We also focus on developing elite athletes, coaches and referees to assist them in reaching their full potential. Basketball is a world sport, and with Basketball Queensland's strong linkages to Basketball Australia and the National Basketball League and Women's National Basketball League, opportunities exist for players to move through to the elite levels of the sport through our highly-regarded High Performance Program.
