Opening in August 2019, BASIS International School Bangkok (BISB) is a part of the worldwide BASIS Curriculum Schools Network, Americas most successful academic network. The following years of experience acquired in providing services to leading international corporations resulted in "Basis Plant Services"​ being created in 2000 with the aim of applying Basis’s philosophy to industrial services for the energy and oil & gas business. Market-recognized success and matured experience have driven the group to expand internationally and "Basis UK"​ was established in 2004, "Basis East Europe"​ in 2005, and "Basis Qatar"​ in 2007.
