vik medical offers a unique blend of urgent care and comprehensive family practice under one roof. with the convenience of extended hours, our staff is available to serve you and your family at a moment’s notice. appointments are never needed. for our patients' convenience, we are open 8am-8pm every day of the week. (closed on major holidays) we are equipped with an on-site lab, digital xray, ekg and splinting/casting capabilities. locally owned and operated, vik medical opened its doors to patients 12 years ago at their first location in westlake. originally known as bee caves medical, this was the first upscale walk-in clinic of it’s kind in the austin area. in march of 2013, vik medical opened the doors of their third location in river place (at hwy 620 and 2222). combined with westlake imaging center and specialist offices (now open upstairs), it is our goal to provide patients with the convenience of one location for most of their medical needs. we believe that establishing patient /provider relationships and treating the whole patient is the best approach to healthcare. vik medical accepts most major insurance plans including medicare.
