I use my healing and teaching skills to help women approaching and going through the menopause, an inevitable hormonal shift that happens to every woman as she ages. A varying range of symptoms and intensity is unique to each woman where aching joints and muscles, low libido and energy are among many of the possible symptoms. So that you can gain control of those forever changing hormones, I create bespoke treatment and training programmes and offer healing and wellness products taking you upstream to help you get your ducks in a row…!
