Dating from 1848, Vickery Holman has established itself as one of the most respected property consultancies in the southwest, with offices in Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth and Truro. We are the only multi-disciplinary property consultancy in the South West, offering development and investment services, building surveying, property and land acquisition or disposal, commercial property lettings, property management, valuation, business rates consultancy, lease advisory, expert witness and neighbourly matters. Vickery Holman is a limited company and owned by the staff, who number in excess of 70. It currently has five Directors and five Associates. Vickery Holman currently advise a wide range of National and Local clients from an equally wide range of backgrounds. These include all major High Street Banks, a number of Southwest Colleges and Local Authorities, Day Lewis and Land Registry to name but a few.
