Vermont Chapter Association for Talent Development (Vermont ATD)

Founded in 1990, the Vermont Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (formerly the American Society for Training & Development) has provided over twenty years of service to Vermont's dedicated organizational training and development professionals. Thanks to the on-going support of our volunteers, presenters and Chapter Board, our local ATD Chapter remains vital and growing. ​ Our Mission: To foster a community of Vermont leaders and learning professionals in order to discover, advance and share the resources that inspire organizational learning and enhance human talent development. We advance this mission by: • ​Providing peer networking opportunities • Promoting collegial sharing • Offering programs on current and relevant organization development and training topics • Facilitating the formation of Special Interest Groups (SIG) and Communities of Practice (CoP) • Collecting and distributing information and resources on organization development and training-related trends, methods, and technology
