Vanek Life Coach is a life coaching enterprise set up by John Vanek. EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) - qualified life coach John Vanek has been enabling people to develop their dreams, hopes, goals and aspirations for over ten years. John Vanek is a freelance musician, fundraiser and film producer. In 2013 -2014 John personally raised £82,000+ for teaching first aid in schools. Together, he and his team raised over £250,000. Trained in Mental Health First Aid, John is a social inclusion bridge builder specialising in arts and mental wellbeing. In 2013 John co-produced the successful animation 'short' 'Mister Fox's Night Out', created entirely by people with long-term mental health conditions. John works with clients to enable them to access mainstream opportunities of their own choice. He has helped many clients, particularly in the domains of Music, Arts, Faith & Culture. John's clients are referred through Community Mental Health Teams. Successes include musicians who have had work commissioned and who perform regularly. Other successes are artists who have found work as tutors or who have created their own self-employment opportunities. John is also the author and facilitator of the courses 'Planning for Good Mental Health & Social Inclusion' and 'Bridge Building for Social Inclusion'. In 2010 - 2011 John designed and delivered the training 'Planning for Good Mental Health & Social Inclusion' as part of a commission. The course was delivered to 500 Primary Care Team staff in Sutton & Merton NHS Trust. The outcome of the music and animation workshops was the highly successful short film 'Mister Fox's Night Out' which was put together entirely by people with long-term mental health conditions. Mister Fox's Night Out has been screened at the Wimbledon International shorts film festival and in many other community outlets.
