Valley Oak SPCA, established in 1991, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation which operates a No-Kill Pet Adoption Center and Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic. Mission Valley Oak SPCA will strengthen and celebrate the bond between people & pets by promoting the health, welfare and humane treatment of animals. We will educate and engage our community in responsible pet care and ownership including the importance of spay & neuter surgeries and vaccinations. Valley Oak SPCA will build a new Adoption & Education Center to save more lives, treat more illness and provide much needed education. Vision Valley Oak SPCA desires to improve the welfare of animals, and reduce the suffering of animals due to neglect through the building of a new Adoption & Education Center and a focus on programs. We further desire to be a trusted household name that provides a variety of necessary & meaningful services for animals and their owners, and provides educational resources for people.
