Underground Power (UP) is the Innovative Startup home of LYBRA: a modular, energy harvesting device able to slow down a vehicle and feed a common photovoltaic inverter in order to supply buildings, warehouses, lighting of roads or charging of electric vehicles. Underground Power was born in 2011 with the sole purpose to develop, produce and sell LYBRA. With its team of 15 highly skilled people, it has received many awards and public grants and it was recently listed by the Italian Ministry of Environment and top Italian cleantech investors in the Top 10 most promising Cleantech Companies.
