Mr. Abdul Halim Muwahid has 40+ years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering and Construction. He founded UNEC in 1976 following several years with one of the largest firms in Dubai. As a principal, he overlooks general operations of the Company and direct a large variety of Projects and Staff.
