YK:n tasa-arvojärjestö UN Women (United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women) on maailman johtava naisten ja tyttöjen oikeuksien puolustaja. Suomen UN Women tukee UN Womenin työtä ja tavoitteita sukupuolten välisen tasa-arvon saavuttamiseksi viestinnällä, vaikuttamistyöllä ja keräämällä varoja UN Womenin ohjelmiin ja toimintaan. Tavoitteemme on saavuttaa maailma, jossa miehillä ja naisilla on yhtäläiset oikeudet ja mahdollisuudet. UN Women is the UN organization dedicated to gender equality and the empowerment of women. Finland National Committee for UN Women is an NGO that promotes and supports the mission of UN Women through awareness-raising, fund-raising and advocacy work.
