Tannin Developments ltd continues the almost 20 years of local home building of primarily 4-6 story over parkade in the Fraser Valley. We currently have purpose built rental projects completed and under construction that we are keeping full ownership of long term. We have a smaller core group of capable and key individuals that are hands on and adaptable to be the best in our industry doing what we enjoy.
