Salem Brothers was co-founded in 1963 and classified as a Grade A construction company by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Works, and for projects above US$20M by the Lebanese Council for Development and Reconstruction. Since its establishment, the company has undertaken on itself best quality construction within tight time schedules. This performance helped the company jump from a building construction firm to a heavy construction company, where it proved competitive in civil works for oil refineries, natural gas refineries, power plants, substations and underwater structures. Other works were also executed by the company such as oil pipelines and suburban roads with all public utilities connected to them. In 1989, Tamani was co-founded by Salem Brothers in Abu Dhabi and has successfully executed dozens of residential, commercial, infrastructure, institutional and public services projects throughout the United Arab Emirates. Its present classification as third grade contractor has been established in completing numerous turnkey projects involving civil, MEP and interior design works. Future outlook remains to keep improving its performance to accommodate future trends and technologies in the MENA region and to enlarge its domain of activities.
