TalentMiles was founded in early 2017 to offer unique and effective solutions for faster change and learning. It means combining learning InRealLife, at work, with digital solutions. Headquartered in Helsinki, TalentMiles partners with a number of global and Nordic companies challenged in particular by the demands of fast renewal and culture change in large, decentralised settings. TalentMiles builds on insights and solutions developed in collaboration with a large group of researchers. Finally it is an example of globally acclaimed Finnish educational technology and expertise. From april 2018 TalentMiles and Swedish FEI (Företagsekonomiska institutet) made an collaboration to extend the Swedish market with leadership programs, called FEI Talent.
