The Talent Pool is a neutral, bi-partisan, not for profit organization whose core mission is to facilitate communication and collaboration between business, underutilized labour groups serving agencies, education and government to maximize the contribution to Alberta's labour force, particularly of aboriginal people, immigrants, youth, mature workers, women and people with disabilities. The Talent Pool is an action-oriented, results-based, collaborative conduit serving the needs of employers and organizations who participate in our central information hub activities because they share the need of finding information and resources relevant to the work they do in real time.
