SBUILT is a Brisbane based multi-disciplinary building practice focused on the holistic principles of whole building design and construction. These principles relate to both the operation of SBUILT and our building process . At the forefront, SBUILT focuses on good living practices such as community values and sustainability. Led by Steve Boyle, our team balances mature and experienced design and construction practitioners whilst mentoring new apprentices and artisans of all ages. What we do Design We are a full service team and can work from concept design to final documentation. We love to work on new builds (especially somewhere wild and whimsical) and we have a soft spot for preserving history with renovations that retain memories whilst creating contemporary living spaces. We are a collaborative practice, and work with other designer/architect’s plans and talented practitioners. Build Our building practice doesn’t just focus on bricks and mortar, we put just as much energy into developing good relationships with our clients, team and the neighborhood, minimal wastage, thoughtful detailing, and care for the site and environment are critical to ensure a successful final outcome. Building Consulting Before you buy a home, land or that wild and whimsical rural retreat, we can provide a design and building consulting service to ensure you know what you are getting into. The benefits of this service include reduced costs for the lifetime of the project and professional guidance on the multitude of requirements and issues involved. Project Estimating We offer a cost estimating service to clients and other designers that outline the real world costs of your project design , providing you an opportunity to control costs and avoid budget overuns. Project Management We can coordinate every aspect of your certification and building project in-house. This brings an additional layer of confidence to our project management.
