If you are between 18 and 71 and have available RRSP room you are eligible to join the 32,000 other people who are already part of SPP. There are no fees to join, change, start, increase, decrease your contributions. The only fee charged to our members is the cost of managing the fund which is targeted to be under one per cent on the balanced fund. Your money is managed by investment professionals and performance is reviewed quarterly by five appointed trustees, one-third of who must be members themselves, who care about putting returns in your pocket.
