All the dishes offered by the three brands, namely Sate Khas Senayan, Sate Express Senayan and Sate & Seafood Senayan, have gone through in-depth research as well as various attempts to showcase the authentic flavors. The idea to establish an Indonesian restaurant derived from a family constant craving to eat decent homemade Javanese comfort food as, at that time, Jakarta’s dining scene was dominated by international eateries.
