Sales Fraternity is a recruitment agency specialising in Sales Staff all levels. Its members consist of ex sales professionals that have all experienced a similar need over the years and that was to find good quality sales people. The whole process in the acquisition of good staff was deemed to be time consuming and often proved to be a futile exercise. Potential candidates would be sent to a client by people, not qualified in assessing the necessary skills required by a sales person to meet the specific sales task.We decided to break the mould and do things differently 1. Comprehensive sales specifications would be advertised 2. Candidates would then be vetted and only quality applicants presented 3. Candidates would be video interviewed for the clients perusal 4. A series of generic sales questions would be asked in the interview 5. Video Submissions and CV's would be presented to the client 6.
