Region Halland

Region Halland is one of Halland’s biggest employers. We currently employ over 8 000 people in 370 different professions – all of which are equally important. Our task is to offer quality healthcare to all those resident or staying in Halland. We are also responsible for developing a range of other areas that influence people’s personal and professional lives in Halland, including the business sector, culture and public transport. Our common vision is to make Halland the best place to live. We want to ensure that our employees are committed, satisfied at work and proud of what we achieve together. This is why we invest in skills development, research and a sound working environment, as well as in developing our operations.
