Real-Time Analytics (RTA) is a market research & analytics firm in Vietnam. Clients come to us when they need accurate reliable field data and socio business information in a complex Vietnamese environment. While many of our colleagues still use paper-based surveys, we've headed for technology. What's more, we've made tablet survey technology into a system: Smart Survey as we call it. Smart Survey allows clients to monitor, and communicate in real time as their survey is being done on the field. We're researchers ourselves, so we know how important data is. Hence, we created the system that would give us, and our clients as much reliability, and transparency in data as possible. RTA's research analysts have experience all over the world. They've worked on renowned socio-economic projects nationally in Vietnam. They have deep understanding of Vietnam's work culture and relate to clients' needs.
