RCS is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency serving the people of Pinellas County with basic needs through four distinct, yet interwoven programs since 1967. We believe working together to help families and individuals meet their basic needs, along with providing appropriate guidance and education, makes our community a better place for everyone. RCS serves all people with dignity and equally, without discrimination toward race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, marital status, familial status, parental status, religion or sexual orientation. The Haven of RCS Domestic Violence Center empowers victims of domestic violence to become survivors, offering shelter, legal advocacy, 911 phones, individual and group support, preventative education and more. RCS Food Bank is the largest distributor of food to those in need in Pinellas County, serving about 25,000 individuals monthly at our warehouse and over 60 USDA sub-sites. RCS Grace House provides homeless families with emergency shelter and prevents homelessness through family stability services, maximizing their opportunity to reach self-sufficiency.
