The equipment enters the "re-use or recycling" category including but not limited to software minimum acceptable specifications, upgradeability, market demand and technology. Trans boundary shipments will be decided when re-use or is economically, environmentally and socially favorable compared to recycling. RCS Pakistan Ltd. is co-operating with major OEM’s, Refurbishment Centers and Brokers around the world. All of these devices still have a (residual) value after their initial lifecycle. The customer determine whether the device will be recycled or reused.
