RB Partners is an international group of companies established in 2004 by senior managers of the largest Russian financial institutions (Alfa Group, Interros Group, VTB) and partners of the international auditing and consulting companies (PwC and EY). The Company provides investment banking services to Russian and international companies, as well as management of venture investments on "seed"​ and "early"​ stages aimed at creating challenging business based on innovative IT solutions. In 2010 the RB Partners Group became a member of the Globalscope International Association (www.globalscopepartners.com) that specializes in M&A and corporate finance services and includes 45 investment banking advisory firms from 37 countries around the World. The Company is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of the Saint-Pererburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2015 the Company has also joined the Business Council for Cooperation with India. Since 2004, the Company has successfully completed over 60 M&A support projects exceeding US$1.7 billion on behalf of international and Russian institutional investors and has invested in three IT companies in Moscow and ST.
