Raw Energy

Raw Energy cafes were founded in 1998 in Coolum on Australia's beautiful Sunshine Coast. Geoff and Liz Campbell's vision was simple – they wanted to provide fresh food, juices, coffee and smoothies, and serve it in a fast and funky environment. Over 12 years later and that vision has not changed. Word spread quickly of the Raw Energy philosophy and the use of delicious, unprocessed, local ingredients in all of the wraps, burgers, sandwiches and salads that were (and still are) made on the premises. The combination of flavours for our famous fresh juices and smoothies became legendary and demand grew quickly. Within two years Raw Energy expanded into a second café in Mooloolaba and from there the brand has became a Sunshine Coast institution. Demand had grown so much that people began to enquire as to how they could have their very own Raw Energy Café in their local area. After 10 years of successful operation and with proven systems and procedures the brand grew organically into a franchise model that is receiving a lot of attention. In 2010, Geoff joined forces with a business partner, Matthew Hope, to assist with the growth of the business into new areas. Matt has been a Raw Energy customer for 10 years and has previously built up another very successful franchise model. Geoff and Matt are incredibly excited about bringing some Raw Energy to the rest of Australia (and the world!!).
