WHO WE ARE RAS was first established 1996 in The United Kingdom, RAS is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Cost Consultant. The practice has continually expanded its activities and staff resources over the last 14 years. In 2003 the Abu Dhabi office was opened, in 2005 new partnership was incorporated and currently encompasses 100+ employees in 11 offices operating in the UK, UAE and Jordan.
