Since 1991, the Peak Construction Group of Companies has specialized in the development and construction of wood frame and concrete multi-family residential projects throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. With a degree in engineering and an employment background in contracting, Doug Wilson, the company principal, saw the industry need for a contractor who understood the land development business and knew the importance of value engineering, cost efficient design and quality construction. By working with its clients from the early stages in the design and construction process, Peak has garnered a reputation as a team player and team builder to create quality projects of which the developers, contractors, suppliers and design consultants are all proud to be a part. In 1998 a new division of the Peak Construction Group was created to service the ever growing major renovation and remediation sector. The new division, Peak Restoration Services Ltd., is now one of the leading firms in the building envelope restoration industry and provides quality, cost effective and thoughtful repairs for strata owners and corporate building owners alike.
