Okaloosa Gas District (the District) is a natural gas utility that constructs, operates, and maintains a natural gas transmission and distribution system across a three-county area in Northwest Florida. The District serves over 50,000 residential and commercial customers. It also provides service to Whiting Field in Santa Rosa County, as well as military installations in Okaloosa and Walton counties, including Eglin, Hurlburt, Duke, Ammo, TAC, Red Horse, and the 7th Special Forces. Additionally, the District supplies gas to the city utilities of Milton and Gulf Breeze and transports gas for TECO Peoples Gas in Panama City Beach.
