The New York International Arbitration Center (“NYIAC”) is a premier center for the conduct of international arbitration in midtown Manhattan, steps from Grand Central Station, Times Square, the Empire State Building and the United Nations. NYIAC's mission is to advance, strengthen and promote the conduct of international arbitration in New York and to keep New York at the forefront of international arbitration among the legal, judicial, academic and business communities. NYIAC is developing programs and materials about international arbitration in New York, the application of New York law in international arbitration, and the recognition, enforcement and implementation in New York of arbitral awards.
