Over twenty-five years ago, New Mexico Piñon Coffee Company started with our founder roasting coffee out of the back of his red '52 Chevy pickup in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Today, New Mexico Piñon Coffee is the largest coffee roaster in the state of New Mexico, roasting over 1 million pounds of coffee per year. Our products can be found in just about every grocery store in New Mexico as well as Costco Colorado, United in Texas, and in Cost Plus World Market and other retailers nationwide. As we grow, we are still family-owned and operated, and dedicated to excellent customer service, outstanding quality, and putting a taste of New Mexico in every mug.
