Karen Lancaster is the founder of Network Explosions, a member of The Vortex group of companies. Karen is a fifty something women who has had a diverse background including teaching, training, spending a vast number of years in the non-profit space, a short spell in marketing, 5 years in digital marketing, and other entrepreneurial ventures. She has worked for organisations such as Botshabelo Women’s Shelter, Aubrey Johnson Marketing, BBI Displays and Sparrow Schools Educational Trust. She developed a passion for digital marketing and has consulted to Shimwell Designs, Eurotrend, Outward Bound, Comprecare and many others. Karen offers coaching and digital marketing through social media platforms. She studied at Johannesburg College of Education and more recently at the Gordon’s Institute of Business Science. Her passions include her family, the outdoors, scooters, social media and living life fully.
