We started out small with a simple vision: "good and healthy food for the people". The vision still remains while our mission is progressing towards the current environmental challenges. Although our resources are limited, we put most if it to innovate methods for producing food that has been produced for hundreds of years. We adapt the products to the local environment and find ways to contribute to circular sustainability. By finding uses for side-products and sourcing local raw material and services, we think that our actions bring a positive contribution to the local society and environment in overall. Sustainability is important for us also in the form of partnership. We prefer to create lasting relationship with our partners and always take the extra step to show our appreciation to all relations initiated.
