LeanNova is an engineering service company working with some of the best automotive manufacturers and suppliers in the world. We operate both nationally and internationally and since the start we have established no less than four offices – the headquarter in Trollhättan, a satellite office at Lindholmen, Gothenburg, and two subsidiary companies in Shanghai, China and in the Midlands, UK. LeanNova specialises in complete vehicle assignments, from idea to delivered product. We have the capacity to undertake complex assignments and we offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems for complete vehicles. Since the start in February 2012 we have grown rapidly and we currently employ over 200 engineers, with an average OEM-experience of more than fifteen year. But we are always looking for new talents to join our team since we believe it is the combination of experience and new thinking that strives us to move forward and to develop the best innovations for our customers.
