Lean Gulf Institute

The Lean Gulf Institute’s (LGI) purpose is to bring globally competitive practices based on lean principles to the Gulf and beyond. We are an institute and do not operate as a typical consulting or training firm. Our goal is to get our clients up and running with Lean and to assist them in developing their own internally based Lean expertise. We focus to share our learnings and experience with as many people as possible to get them to make, sustain and take their improvement journey forward themselves. Although we offer limited public sessions, hold lean management seminars, write and publish books and workbooks, and organize public and private conferences,our training is most effective for groups as small as 8 at our clients place of work We offer educational products and services in these core areas: 1) Public and in-company, customized educational and training workshops; 2) Publications and learning materials; 3) Collaborative industry specific lean transformation consultancy at your site. and 4) We will begin to use branding Our Philosophy: Think Globally, Act locally, Improve Daily
