The Last Post Fund is a national non-profit organization, established in 1909. For over 100 years, our mission has been to ensure that no Veterans be denied a dignified funeral or burial, due to lack of funds at the time of passing. The Last Post Fund has been mandated to deliver the Funeral and Burial Program, on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada. Depuis plus d'un siècle, notre mission est d'assurer qu'aucun Vétéran ne soit privé de funérailles ou d'une ihumation dans la dignité, dû à un manque de fonds au moment du décès. Le Fonds du Souvenir détient le mandat d'administrer le Programme de funérailles et d'inhumation d'Anciens Combattants Canada.
