Founded in 2010 by me, Sonia King to fulfill a need to support small to medium size businesses with human resources management & recruitment consulting. “In 2010, I decided to start my own business to help other businesses drive profits and manage their employees. Business owners employing people under the Fair Work Act need support to understand their rights and obligations under the law. I believe in making things as simple and easy as possible and I have a vision that every business can be a great place to work. I created a framework with a five step process to get the culture right and align everyone to it and to driving profits in the business. The results speak for themselves with an average 15 to 20 % growth in profit in the clients businesses we work with.
