The Type A corporation is funded by a dedicated sales tax and has a five-member board to oversee operations and four full-time staff positions. KEDC has been recognized internationally for excellence. During the last five years KEDC assisted companies representing $133 million in new and retained capital investment and more than 2600 jobs.
