At Kevin Alderton & Team, we take a different approach to accounting. Were a growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Newhaven, East Sussex, who believe accounting is more about you than us. We aim to develop an open and friendly relationship with you, founding it on real understanding and creative thinking rather than starchy formalities and pre-fixed services. Our expertise and wisdom complete the picture, helping to guide you safely and surely through a host of tax and business matters. Who are we? The Company was founded by Kevin Alderton a Price Waterhouse Accountant who, in 2000, decided to escape the City and set up his own firm by the sea. The rest, as they say, is history. We now have ten happy team members and over 700 happy clients. What do we do? Our core work for our clients comprises: Preparation of accounts Preparation of tax returns Assistance with book keeping Payroll services VAT assistance Tax and business advice Management accounting So what are like? The list above could have been written by any firm of accountants. What makes us special is the style and flavour of the firm. We intend to always be very informal, and approachable, fun to deal with and easy to talk to.
