R-Keough Construction was founded for the purpose of providing Architect’s Estimating Services and OPM - Owner’s Representative Services to our clients. Our background in design and construction, coupled with our experience on so many different types of projects makes us uniquely qualified to provide our clients with a high level of expertise tailored to their specific project needs. We will substantiate this assertion in the Project Experience and Management Team sections of this proposal. While our firm was founded in 2004, our team members average 30 years of design and construction experience, most of which was gained in the State of Rhode Island. We have all managed projects from programming through owner occupancy and understand how projects get programmed, designed, bid, awarded, built and closed out. Because of this experience we can offer our clients insight into all aspects of the building creation process. More importantly, we provide our clients with foresight into project issues associated with design, construction, contracting strategy and the overall state of the industry. This foresight allows our clients to anticipate and avoid issues that might otherwise adversely affect the overall project goals.
