Kanga, LLC is a beverage cooling company focused on finding and creating a convenient way for everyone, everywhere to have cold drinks on-the-go without the hassle of a cooler. Founded by a group of three Clemson University students from varying backgrounds, we noticed there was a problem preventing us from enjoying cold beverages while tailgating, outdoors activities, hanging out with friends, and a number of other activities. Our only on-the-go option for keeping a bunch of beverages cold was a standard cooler, which we had to constantly fill with ice time and time again, and lug around. After pondering a solution to this issue, we designed and patented our first product, The Kase Mate. This product is essentially a sleeve made from an insulating material that fits snuggly around a case of beer (of various case sizes) and keeps it cold for an extended period of time, while being conveniently lightweight to easily carry it around and keep close by. As we continue to grow and develop, we plan on designing a variety of products to serve the need of everyone and keeping even more types of beverages conveniently cold, such as packs of soda, juice pouches, sports drinks, and everything in-between.
