Jericho Road

Jericho Road Episcopal Housing Initiative is a community development corporation that provides the New Orleans metro area with affordable housing and educational opportunities to low-income working families. We partner with neighborhood residents, city leaders, organizations and businesses to create and maintain stable and thriving communities. Since 2006, Jericho Road has been committed to providing a holistic approach towards community development. Our focus includes affordable housing development, housing sustainability, community engagement, vacant land management and workforce development. In 2017, Jericho Road merged with Project Homecoming, Inc. another local community development nonprofit to further advance its capacity and expand our reach across New Orleans. Since their inceptions, Jericho Road and Project Homecoming, Inc. have invested over $39 million in private, public, and philanthropic investments in housing development and community revitalization efforts.
