It is the first industrial estate in Indonesia, providing major products and services, Land Parcel to be sold as well as, Standard Factory Building (SFB), Small Scale Industry Facilities (SSIF), and including Warehouse and Office Building to be leased. PT JIEP also develops and manages Gading Griya Lestatri, real estate, located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara. PT JIEP owns the majority shares of a construction service company, namely PT JIEP Jaya. PT JIEP was formally established as legal entity on June 26, 1973 to continue the activities Industrial Estate Project owned by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta.
