However we also make powdered drinks, instant desserts, cereal soups, homemade yoghurt and artificial sweeteners under the Hansells, King, Empire, Vitafresh and Weight Watchers brands. Hansells Food Group is considered one of New Zealands leading export companies as we successfully supply product on a large global scale, including to Tesco and to major supermarkets in the UK Weve grown steadily from a cottage industry with three staff to a significant food marketing operation with subsidiaries in Australia, Canada and the UK, and now have combined staff numbers for the group exceeding 350. A majority of our products are manufactured at our 3 sites across New Zealand Penrose and New Lynn in Auckland, and Masterton and the remainder sourced from third parties throughout the world. Additionally, we operate our own distribution, selling and merchandising systems to ensure our products get to their destinations when and how we say they will.
