🎮 We are a Helsinki-based talent attraction agency dedicated to the games & creative industry. We nurture resourceful methods in sourcing, enabling the recruitment of talents from across the globe for our clients. One of our other services includes organizing virtual job fairs where we overcome the barrier of distance and connect European Studios with global talent. Although the main objective of the Games job fairs is recruitment, participating studios find great value in building their network of potential team members and gaining visibility through employer branding. However, realizing that the job fairs was only one way for talents to showcase their skills, we decided to build a community of games industry professionals by creating the GameDev Talent Board. Profiles of only pre-vetted talents are published on the talent board. We believe in serving as advocates for these talents by being committed to their career development. Studios in search of skilled talent in this niche industry also find it extremely convenient as it saves them hours of sourcing and weeding out candidates.
