FDC manufactures composite parts & complex assemblies (structures, radomes & interiors), mainly for the aerospace industry. FDC can Aldo offer its expertise in other sectors with high technical requirements, such as the Clean Tech industry. Located in the Montreal Canada area, our main manufacturing techniques are, Pre-Preg (in and out of autoclave), RTM, infusion (VARTM), CNC machining, assembly, and paint. FDC can take on « Turn-Key Projects » and develop fully customizable solutions when required. FDC has developed new innovative and cost-effective composite configurations for aircraft interiors. It has also invested to develop advanced composite configurations for aerostructures, including radomes. All types of fibres & resin systems are used. Its Value Added includes, design, reverse engineering, prototyping, testing, R&D, tooling, certification, integration of non composite elements, CNC machining, complete assembly, and painting.
