Located in the Montreal Canada area, our main manufacturing techniques are, Pre-Preg (in and out of autoclave), RTM, infusion (VARTM), CNC machining, assembly, and paint. FDC can take on « Turn-Key Projects » and develop fully customizable solutions when required. FDC has developed new innovative and cost-effective composite configurations for aircraft interiors. It has also invested to develop advanced composite configurations for aerostructures, including radomes. All types of fibres & resin systems are used. Its Value Added includes, design, reverse engineering, prototyping, testing, R&D, tooling, certification, integration of non composite elements, CNC machining, complete assembly, and painting.
